Does your startup have a go-to-market strategy?

New ambitious founders are fueling the growth of Central Eastern Europe. If you’re one of them you are either trying to disrupt a traditional industry – energy, insurance, finance, hospitality, retail – or create an entirely new one. As the business landscape continues to evolve, the most innovative companies increasingly require expertise to launch new ideas to market and navigate the investment environment.

Acting as an Ecosystem Partner

We provide our founders with hands-on support driven by our own operational and management experience building and investing in startup companies. Founders get access to a rich ecosystem of investors, resources, expertise and capabilities all at their disposal as they build, scale and grow their startups to success.

Joining as a Co-Founder

Grai was designed to be the best possible co-founder for industry specialists, serial entrepreneurs and scientists at the idea-stage.  Everything we do aims to drastically de-risk the company (making it more likely to succeed big) and make founders work more efficient and effective. We are deeply involved in the early stages, providing a full team of Grai staff to help find product-market fit, secure funding and scale quickly.

What our
co-founders say:

We knew that the tech startup ecosystem is lacking sales departments inside the fresh-founded companies. Together with Grai we defined a venture structure, services, and technology that proved to be what the market needs. With Grai's experience, venture building systems, and processes we launched the new business in 6 months.

Valentin Maior

CEO Techmatch

When deciding who to work with we met two camps: people who said they could do everything we said we wanted, and then Grai, who came with a real process and a methodology about how to achieve what we wanted. We were faced with the challenge of turning out tech conference of 1000+ people into a hybrid event and increase sales. – and Grai’s digital strategy approach was the perfect match.
